We ship via US Postal Service usually within 2 days of receipt of order and payment. If there is a delay in shipping we will email you with the reason. Postage is calculated as close as possible based on the total dollar amount of the order. Because we travel so often to shows, the postage is an approximation and the amount shown on your package may be different. We must operate in this manner in order to provide fast shipment in an environment where we cannot go to the post office to obtain costs, then charge your credit card, and then return to the post office to mail the package.

Return Policy: Because the Curve Master is guaranteed to fit every machine, we accept returns only of defective product for replacement at no charge. Just Curves templates are also guaranteed and we accept returns of defective product for replacement.
